01-04-2012 first match of the season was at the oaks fishery north yorks
on maple lake,19 anglers fished pegs 25-68.there had been a frost on sat night so it fished a bit patchy.

1st j.livesey peg 36- 62lb 9oz
2nd j.wood (venue expert) peg 45-44lb 00oz
3rd s.stott peg57 35lb 04oz

IT JUST SHOWS THAT TWO WEEKS OF DAILY PRACTICE AND ONE TO ONE TUITION BY THE LOCAL VENUE SUPERSTAR CAN TURN YOU INTO A MATCHWINNER.
MIND YOU WHEN YOU WEIGHUP HOW MUCH YOU SPENT ON DAY TICKETS AND FULL ENGLISH BREAKFASTS AGAINST YOUR MATCH WINNINGS YOU PROBABLY JUST ABOUT BROKE EVEN.

12 anglers fished not a bad day wind spoilt it a bit towards end of match

WHOEVER WEIGHED HIM IN FOGOT TO ADD HIS SILVER NET

NOT THAT IT MADE MUCH DIFFERENCE
