Hi All.
Looking for new members.
We are a small friendly club of all abilities, a motley crew some would say, but have great fun which is what its all about.
We run saturday matches through the year from March to October/november and fish a variety of waters in the Bridgwater area of Somerset. We don't have our own waters but fish regularly at The Sedges, Summerhayes,Trinity Waters, Nether Stowey Lakes,Avalon,Land's End Fishery, river huntspill etc and will hopefully be running a mini winter series on the Bridgwater Canal/KSD.

We run an individual league, singles knock out league, pairs knock out league with trophies or prizes at the end of the season. Each match gains you points towards these comps.Golden peg each match.

We also enter the Van den Eynde knock out comp run by the Angling Times each year (through to 2nd round this year, yes!).

As I said its a friendly gathering of blokes (moany old gits)that are in it for the crack not the dosh, pools is only £3.50 per match plus peg fee, so you won't become rich but it might just make you smile.

Let me know if interested.

All the best guys and thanks for looking.

Archi 580 (Paul Smith)

Hi Andy

Website under construction at the mo. we meet to fish every two weeks, at Lands End this Saturday for our singles final and the next is at Avalon on 12 th May. And that's pretty much how it goes through the year.
We also meet up for a beer and a natter, pay subs etc about once every couple of months in Watchet. We're not all from Watchet so you'd be made very welcome mate.

If you want to fish this Saturday I think theres a space or let me know for the future.
Cheers Paul

Hi Lee
Well it would be great to see yer if you could make it. The dates fixed for the start of our season are:
9 June Sellicks Pond @summerhayes
23 June the Canal Pond @ The Sedges
7 July Longs Lake @ Summerhayes
21 July Avalon
4August Tile Lake @ The Sedges
11 August Specimen Lake@ Lands End Fishery
1September River Huntspill
15 September Brick Lake @ The Sedges
6 October Woodland Lake @ Trinity Waters

The rest to be advised.

Does that make it any better mate.

So it's the first match of our new season on the 9June . If anyone wants to join us it's best to get in from the start as the overall points, singles and pairs will kick off.
