Like most places today, the wind was the problem,(for most)

Some had it like glass, and for some it was a nightmare (me)

Fished on the match lake/island,and 19 fished.

1st Vince Shipp 37:8 peg 24.(all carp)
2nd Gary Etheridge29:10 peg 39. (all silvers, mainly skimmers/bream)
3rd John Williams 22:14 peg 19.
4th Mike Etheridge 21:05 peg 8.
5th Joe Thompson 15:15 peg 49.
6th Andy Lord 11:10 peg 3.

I finished 11th with 5lb all silvers, from peg 37. I did hook a carp in the first 5 minutes, but lost it. Then had to wait for 3 and a half hours to my next bite. It was a carp, felt quite a big one but my line snapped.
Then into some small roach, and into another carp, and another one lost. I did catch 2 nice Bream with caster.Every thing else was caught with red maggot. The cross wind made it very difficult fo fish more than 12mtrs. All my fish were caught at 9mtrs.
