Managed to get a pass to go fishing all day so in the morning me little lad and the wife went down to Lancaster house Farm its a small pond but stuffed with fish some lumps and tons of silvers so I just took a pint of maggots and a whip and spent the morning catching a ton of fish with little lad and had a picnic in the sun then in the afternoon I went out on river yarrow with my brother cracking evening loads of fish showing caught a few dace and a cracking trout but it was hard going river very low and lots of giant hogweed to avoid ended up fishing until we could no longer see the float.
